Luca is a trained chef, just like Jean-Paul. They both met in 2021 at a catering company in Berlin and travelled to Dubai, Italy and Thailand as contract chefs in the years before.
Luca's heart beats for Mediterranean cuisine, which for him is the most versatile cuisine of all. He is also the ideal partner for classic cuisine with many familiar dishes.
Jean-Paul is also a trained chef who has been able to gain professional experience over the years. In the years before founding Köche Kollektiv Berlin GmbH, he and Luca worked as contract chefs in Dubai, Italy and Thailand.
Jean-Paul loves Mediterranean and Israeli cuisine, which he was able to discover first-hand in 2018 during a six-month stay in Tel Aviv in combination with Arabic cuisine.
With a sound training as an event manager and a successful degree in business administration, I have a wide range of expertise. I have also developed my skills as a trainer and take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
My main tasks include the comprehensive planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of various events.
I met Luca and Jean Paul when we worked together at a previous employer. We now work side by side in the cookery collective.
